Předmětem diplomové práce „Audit účetní závěrky podniku“ je identifikace hlavních problémů při tvorbě finančních výkazů pomocí metod finančního auditu ve vybraném podniku a navržení jejich možných řešení. V první části charakterizujeme základní pojmy spojené s auditem, stanovíme si povinnosti auditora a určíme si podniky, které mají povinnost auditu.
