Optimization of assembly lines for safety belts

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou optimalizace výrobní linky. Teoretická část je věnována principům managementu jakosti a koncepcím managementu jakosti. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé metody, jimiž se dosahuje neustálého zlepšování v managementu jakosti a nástroje zabezpečování jakosti. V praktické části jsou využity poznatky z části teoretické. Vhodně zvolenými a implementovanými metodami je vyřešen problém navýšení výkonu montážní linky na výrobu navijáku, aniž by došlo k zavedení čtyřsměnného provozu nebo koupi nové linky.

Abstract:

This master thesis is focused on the field of production lines optimisation. The theoretical part is devoted to quality management principles and concepts of quality management. The following chapters describe various methods to reach continuous improvement in quality management and quality assurance tools. The findings from theoretical part are used in the practical part of the master thesis. The problem of increasing the performance of the assembly line of the retractors, without the introduction of four-shift operation or to buy another assembly line, is solved by the suitable selection and implementation of the previous methods.
