Specifics of Nursing Care of Patients after Oncosurgical Intervention in Hepatopancreatobiliary area

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou maligních nádorů hepatopankreatobiliární oblasti. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou uvedeni nejčastější zástupci postihující daný orgán, stručný přehled symptomatologie, terapeutických možností i komplikací, které se pojí s daným výkonem. Poslední kapitola teoretické části má přiblížit specifika ošetřovatelské péče a poskytnou tak sestrám, případně studentům, ucelený přehled toho, co u pacientů v souvislosti s daným onemocněním mohou očekávat a na co by měli být připraveni. Výzkum práce je zaměřen na četnost specifických komplikací po onkochirurgickém výkonu včetně stanovení faktorů, které se mohou na vzniku takových komplikací podílet.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with issue of malignant tumors in hepatopancreatobiliary area. In particural chapters are stated the most prominent representatives affecting given organ, brief overview of symptomatology, terapeutic options and complications which connects with specific intervention. Last chapter of theoretical part should provide comprehensive overview to nurses or nursing students, about what they can expect in relation with given disease and what they should be prepared for. Research of this work is focused on frequency of specific complications after oncosurgical intervention, including determination of factors which can participate on rise of such complications.
