Research of strategy priorities for citizens living in Rychvald

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak jsou občané města Rychvald zapojeni do dění ve městě a která priorita předložena z programu rozvoje města je pro ně nejdůležitější. Vzhledem k tomu, že se město neustále zdokonaluje a obyvatelé by měli s žitím ve městě být spokojeni, je důležité, aby se do strategického rozvoje zapojili. Strategickému dokumentu města jsem věnovala pozornost v teoretické části, zároveň s teorií strategického plánování a obci Rychvald. Pro výzkumnou část byl použit kvantitativní výzkum za pomocí techniky dotazníku. V závěru práce neschází všeobecné shrnutí a informace o získaných poznatcích.

Abstract:

The goal of thesis is find out, how are citizens of Rychvald participating in happening in the city and which priority from the program of city development is the most important for them. In the view of the fact that city is constantly changing, and the citizens should be happy about the life in the city, their participation is important. Strategy document of the city and the theory of strategic planing was my inspiration in the theoretic part. Quantitative research with questionary was used for investigation part. I used general summary and i formations about research at the end.
