Cyber risk of cashless and electronic payments

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se autor zabývá jedním z fenoménů dnešní doby, a sice kybernetickým rizikem, které vztahuje k užší oblasti platebního styku. Předmětem práce je pak předat ucelené a srozumitelné informace o dané problematice s důrazem na vytyčení míst náchylných na kybernetické riziko v rámci platebního styku. Zároveň by měla čtenáři doporučit kroky ke snížení kybernetického rizika a ukázat, jakým způsobem toto riziko snižují další uživatelé. Součástí práce je i dotazníkový průzkum, který ukazuje informovanost veřejnosti v dané problematice. V neposlední řadě také ukazuje reálné případy internetové kriminality.

Abstract:

The author of this bachelor thesis deals with the present phenomenon, namely cyber risk narrowed to the field of payments. The subject of this thesis is to present comprehensive and understandable information about this phenomenon with the accent on defining vulnerable points to cyber risk connected with payments. At the same time, it should recommend steps to reduce the cyber risk and show how other users do so. A survey research is a part of this thesis and it analyses the awareness of society in this field. Last but not least it shows real cases of the cyber-crime.
