New reulation of the health insurance in 2009
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá novou úpravou nemocenského pojištění od 1.1.2009. Tento zákon se týká všech okruhů pojištěnců, zároveň upravuje vznik, trvání a zánik účasti na nemocenském pojištění, podmínky nároku na jednotlivé dávky, práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatelů, pojištěnců, orgánů nemocenského pojištění i lékařů.
Abstract:
This diploma project deals with a new regulation of helth insurance which has been in force since 1st January 2009. This act touches all groups of insurees; deal with origination, existence and expiry of retention on health insurence; determine condition of claims for each benefits; desribes employers‘, insurees‘, health insurence authorities‘ and doctors‘ right and duties.
