Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám popisem nejmarkantnějších veřejných výdajů státu, výdajů mandatorních. Práce zkoumá strukturu a vývoj mandatorních výdajů se zaměřením na státní podporu stavebního spoření. V první části práce jsou vyčleněny různé typy veřejných a mandatorních výdajů, zde je také popsán samotný pojem mandatorní výdaje.
