Relationships between the Loan and Investments markets based on UK market analysis

Anotace:

The changes in the Bank rate are playing an increasingly important role in economics and financial markets. The central bank has the possibility to control the consumption, investments, and borrowings in the Economy through the adjusting of the interest rates. The research findings indicate the relationships and dependency of the financial markets from the interest rate fluctuations. Furthermore, the analysis reflects different opportunities of investments and loans in the UK and their riskiness. Author’s analysis reflects also the current situation of the UK financial market and worldwide overall and Central Bank decisions about the interest rate change. In addition, evaluation of the competitiveness of the UK market and its financial condition comparing to the rest of the world during the pandemic period.
