Teacher's and teacher's assistant's cooperation at elementary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Spolupráce učitele a asistenta pedagoga na běžné základní škole má čtyři kapitoly – tři teoretické a jednu empirickou. První kapitola charakterizuje trend inkluzivního vzdělávání, podpůrná opatření při vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, systémové vzdělávací programy pro základní školy a individuální vzdělávací plán. Druhá kapitola vymezuje pojem asistent pedagoga, jeho kvalifikační, osobnostní předpoklady, pracovní náplň a metody práce asistenta pedagoga. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny principy týmové spolupráce, možnosti spolupráce mezi učitelem a asistentem pedagoga z pohledu výzkumných poznatků a doporučení, dále jsou zde popsány možnosti spolupráce těchto dvou aktérů v kontextu organizace vyučovací jednotky. Poslední kapitola je věnována výzkumu, který je proveden kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií. Technikou sběru dat jsou rozhovory, které byly provedeny se čtyřmi učiteli a čtyřmi asistenty pedagoga na běžné základní škole. Zpracování dat je formou otevřeného kódování podle postupu zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis called Teacher's and teacher's assistant's cooperation at elementary school has four chapters - three theoretical and one empirical. The first chapter describes the trend of inclusive education, supporting measures for education of pupils with special educational needs, systematic educational programs for elementary schools and individual educational plan. The second chapter defines the concept of a teacher's assistant, his qualifications, personal skills, workload and methods of work of a teacher's assistant. Third chapter lists the principles of teamwork, opportunities for cooperation between the teacher and the teacher's assistant from the perspective of research findings and recommendations, and it also presents the opportunities for cooperation of these two actors in the context of the organization of a teaching unit. The last chapter is dedicated to the research, which is conducted by a qualitative research strategy. The technique of data collection are interviews, which were conducted with four teachers and four teacher's assistant's in mainstream elementary school. Data processing is in a form of open coding by the procedure of grounded theory.
