Electronic structure and properties of grain boundaries in nickel
Abstract:
Náplní této disertační práce je detailní teoretické studium různých aspektů segregace nemagnetických sp-nečistot ze 3., 4. a 5. periody (Al, Si, P, S, Ga, Ge, As, Se, In, Sn, Sb a Te) na hranici zrn Sigma5(2 1 0) ve feromagnetickém fcc niklu. Pro porovnání jsme studovali i segregaci těchto nečistot na povrchu (2 1 0) a také jejich vliv jako izolovaných nečistot v neporušeném fcc niklu.
Abstract:
The Thesis presents a detailed theoretical study of various aspects of segregation of sp-elements from the 3rd, 4th and 5th period (Al, Si, P, S, Ga, Ge, As, Se, In, Sn, Sb and Te) at the Sigma5(2 1 0) grain boundary (GB) in fcc ferromagnetic nickel.
