Abstract:
Téma diplomové práce je obchodní zastoupení. Práce rozebírá jednotlivá ustanovení smlouvy o obchodním zastoupení podle zákona č. 513/1991 Sb., obchodní zákoník, dle původního znění a zároveň v souvislosti s rozsáhlou harmonizační novelou zákonem č. 370/2000 Sb. a Evropskou směrnicí č. 86/653/EHS, o nezávislých obchodních zástupcích.
Abstract:
Theme of diploma work is The Commercial Representation. The work deals with individual provisions set forth in the Commercial Code, Act No. 513/1991 Coll. both in its original wording and as amended in an extensive harmonization Act No. 370/2000 Coll. which complies to the Directive 86/653/EEC on the coordination of the laws of the Member States relating to self-employed commercial agents.
