The legal types of the activities of the trade union
Abstract:
V mé práci jsem se snažil postihnout problematiku oblasti kolektivního pracovního práva. Pokusil jsem se vymezit jednotlivé subjekty a instituty v této oblasti. Snažil jsem popsat práva, která těmto subjektům přísluší. Největší důraz jsem kladl na odborovou organizaci, jako sociálního reprezentanta zaměstnanců a na její působení v rámci kolektivního vyjednávání.
Abstract:
In my thesis I have tried to deal with the problems in the area of corporate working law. . It refers to the area of relationships that influence both our economy and the single emloyees by means of a collective agreement.
