Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je stylistický rozbor žánru tiskového prohlášení Ministerstva spravedlnosti ČR o rozsudku Evropského soudu pro lidská práva ve Štrasburku. Zajímá nás žánr tiskového prohlášení z hlediska prolínání stylových norem administrativního a publicistického stylu. Snažíme se určit definici tohoto tiskového prohlášení jako žánru na pomezí několika funkčních stylů.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the stylistic analysis of the press statement genre of the Ministry of Justice in the Czech Republic about the verdict of the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg. We are interested in the press statement genre focusing on mixing administrative and journalistic style norms.
