Diplomová práce se zabývá opomenutým účastníkem správního řízení. Jednotlivé části diplomové práce jsou věnovány analýze účastenství (včetně tvrzeného), preventivních a následných mechanismů, které pro případ opomenutí účastníka poskytuje správní řád, a dále analýze možností soudní ochrany práv opomenutého účastníka a postavení ostatních účastníků správního řízení.
