Financial analysis of the company Fotbalový klub Jablonec, a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví akciové společnosti FK Jablonec mezi sezónami 2016/2017 až 2019/2020. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části si přiblížíme analyzovanou společnost, charakterizujeme prostředí, ve kterém podniká a vymezíme konkurenty. Druhou částí je část metodická, kde budou teoreticky vysvětleny základy finanční analýzy. Třetí a poslední částí je část aplikační, kde budou jednotlivé části finanční analýzy vysvětleny teoreticky a následně prakticky použity na analyzovanou společnost a její konkurenty. Finanční analýza je provedena pomocí horizontální a vertikální analýzy, vybraných poměrových ukazatelů a dále je finanční zdraví podniku zhodnoceno pomocí souhrnných modelů.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of financial health of the stock company FK Jablonec from the season 2016/2017 to the season 2019/2020. This work is divided into three parts. In the first part we are going to look closer to analysed company and also, we will characterize surroundings where it is running a business and, in the end, we will specify competitors. The second part is a methodological part, where the basics of financial analysis will be theoretically explained. The third part and the last one is the application part, where the individual parts of the financial analysis will be explained theoretically and then applied to the analysed company and its competitors. The financial analysis is performed using horizontal and vertical analysis, selected relative indicators and afterwards the financial health of the company is evaluated using summary models.
