Předmětem bakalářské práce „Zlepšení podnikového procesu“ je analýza konkrétního procesu v podniku a návrh jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části se věnuji procesnímu řízení, nákupu a nákupnímu rozhodováním v oblasti výběru dodavatelů. Praktická část je věnována identifikaci procesu nákupu a slabých míst tohoto procesu.
