Oxidačný stres je definovaný ako nerovnováha medzi prooxidačnými a antioxidačnými faktormi a do dneška bol spojený so širokou škálou ochorení. Práca je zameraná na stanovenie dvoch parametrov oxidačného stresu v rôznych biologických materiáloch a v rôznych patologických stavoch.
