Ownership of immovable property

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the title to real property that is the most fundamental and substantive law. The first chapter is on the ground, focused on property rights, which not only authorizes the disposition of rights, but also commits the owner to the same obligations under the law of the Slovak Republic. It is important to take these facts into account already in the selection and purchase of land and other property, which will in future be carried out construction work according to the vision the owner of the land. The right of ownership is associated with meeting the needs and visions of people and also reflects to some extent, the standard of living of the population. The first chapter is in connection with a property right to the land registry as an inventory and description of the property, which is a part, the organizational structure of the second chapter focuses on the comparison of methods of acquiring ownership of real property that is how to acquire the ownership rights of ways. Attention also given to the acquisition of ownership of real estate before r. The 1951st The third chapter is devoted to real estate rights registration and the formalities that must be met in order to cause the registration of rights to real estate.

Abstract:

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je vlastnícke právo k nehnuteľnostiam, ktoré je najdôležitejším a základným vecným právom. V prvá kapitola je na základe toho , zameraná na vlastnícke právo, ktoré nielen oprávňuje k dispozičným právam, ale i zaväzuje vlastníka k istým povinnostiam podľa právnych predpisov platných v Slovenskej republike. Je dôležité tieto skutočnosti brať do úvahy už pri výbere a kúpe pozemkov a ostatných nehnuteľností, na ktorých sa v budúcnosti má realizovať stavebná činnosť podľa predstáv vlastníka daných pozemkov. Vlastnícke právo je spojené s uspokojovaním vízií a potrieb ľudí a zároveň odzrkadľuje do istej miery aj životnú úroveň obyvateľstva. Prvá kapitola je zameraná v súvislosti s vlastnícky právom aj na kataster nehnuteľností ako súpisu a popisu nehnuteľností, čo je jeho súčasťou, organizačnú štruktúru V druhá kapitola sa zameriava na komparáciu spôsobov nadobúdania vlastníctva k nehnuteľnostiam čiže, ako nadobudnúť vlastnícke práva jednotlivými spôsobmi. Pozornosť venuje taktiež aj nadobúdaniu vlastníctva k nehnuteľnostiam pred r. 1951. Tretia kapitola je zameraná zápisu práv k nehnuteľnostiam a na formálne náležitosti, ktoré musia byť splnené, aby mohlo dôjsť k zápisu práv k nehnuteľnostiam.
