Abstract:
Bakalářská práce rozebírá základní teorii, principy funkce a konstrukci bipolárních tranzistorů. V práci jsou popsány základní charakteristiky tranzistoru, význam jejich měření a navržení měřící úlohy včetně protokolu. Dále jsou doporučeny vhodné přístroje pro měření. V rámci realizace měřících úloh je zdokumentována výroba přípravku i s jeho následným měřením. Naměřené výsledky jsou zde vyhodnoceny …more
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis discusses the basic theory, principles of operation, and construction of bipolar transistors. The work describes the fundamental characteristics of transistors, the importance of their measurements and the design of a measurement task, including a protocol.
