Abstract:
Během záchranného archeologického výzkumu byla objevena lidská kostra, která byla antropologicky zpracována. Ovšem vzhledem k věku jedince a jeho fragmentárnosti bylo nutné provést genetickou analýzu, která se stala předmětem této diplomové práce. During an archaeological research was discovered a human skeleton that was anthropologically examined. Given the age and fragmentary material of the individual, it was necessary to carry out a genetic analysis, which became the subject of this thesis.
