Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou šikany na pracovišti v institucích veřejné správy. Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku mobbingu, bossingu a staffingu. Výzkum je prováděn na Úřadech práce v Moravskoslezském kraji. Cílem práce je popsat a objasnit problematiku specifickou pro šikanu na pracovišti a oblast veřejné správy. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of workplace bullying in public administration institutions. The thesis focuses on the issue of mobbing, bossing and staffing. The research is carried out at the Labor Offices in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
