Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá člověkem, jeho vzděláváním, výchovou a sebevýchovou. Ve víře v mosty mezi kulturami hledá živé inspirativní zdroje pro současnou edukaci ve starobylé východní nauce. Čerpá z myšlenkového bohatství buddhismu a z učení Jeho Svatosti dalajlamy XIV. Otevírá otázku lidských hodnot, humanizace, spirituality a transcendence. Zkoumá jejich význam pro osobní růst, přijetí odpovědnosti a nalezení vnitřního klidu v neklidném světě. Společně s požadavkem na zkvalitnění mezilidských vztahů si totiž právě tyto vlastnosti vyžadují pozornost a staví současnou pedagogiku před nelehký úkol.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the human, his education, nurture, and self-education. Thesis in believe of connection between cultures, is searching for an alive inspirational sources in ancient Eastern doctrine for contemporary education. Thesis draws on the intellectual wealth of Buddhism and also from the teachings of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. It opens the question of human values, humanization, spirituality and transcendence. It analyzes their significance for personal growth acceptance of responsibility and finding of inner peace in unpacific world. Just these qualities demand attention, toghether with requirement of quality improvement, place pedagogy before the diffucult task.
