Cieľom našej bakalárskej práce pod názvom „ Notár ako súdny komisár“, ktorý sme si vytýčili pred začatím písania práce, sme sa rozhodli venovať samotnej histórii notárstva - jej charakteristike, teoreticky priblíţiť postavenie a prácu notárov ako súdnych komisárov.
