Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Koncepce obnovy Brownfields v Jihomoravském kraji“ je syntéza dosavadních poznatků relevantních k problematice brownfields na území Jihomoravského kraje. První kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na vymezení základních pojmů a problémů, jež jsou spojeny s brownfields. V dalších kapitolách jsou vymezena brownfields na území Jihomoravského kraje, se současným uvedením základních strategických dokumentů a finančních nástrojů jejich řešení. V poslední kapitole je pak shrnuto, zda v současné době na území Jihomoravského kraje existuje jednotná koncepce obnovy brownfields, případně, jak by měl tento dokument vypadat.

Abstract:

The aim of the submitted thesis: “Conception of Brownfields Regeneration in the South Moravia Region” is the incorporation of the present findings relevant to the question of Brownfields at the territory of South Moravia region. The first chapters deal with the definition of the term Brownfields and problems connected with the Brownfields. The next chapters are about the specification of the Brownfields in South Moravia region and of strategic documents and financial instruments. The last chapter of the thesis answers the question whether the conception of Brownfields regeneration exist or not, eventually how the conception should be made.
