Předmětem teoretické části bakalářské práce je alternativní model hodnocení rozvojové politiky vyspělých zemí využívající ukazatele Commitment to Development Index (CDI). The subject of theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is an alternative model of ranking the rich countries‘ development policies using the Commitment to Development Index (CDI). Contrary to traditional method evaluating primarily the volume of financial means provided, CDI embraces seven dimensions – seven policies in which rich countries can affect development of poor countries.
