Tato bakalářská práce charakterizuje vinohradnictví a vinařství v Polsku. Prezentuje historii vinohradnictví ve světě a v Polsku, přibližuje klimatické a geologické podmínky pro pěstování hroznů v Polsku, zabývá se blíže šesti polskými vinařskými regiony, s bližším zaměřením na region Malopolský. The bachelor´s thesis describes wineries and vineyards in Poland. It deals with the worldwine and the polish history of wine and discusses the geological and climatic conditions for vineyards in Poland. The thesis focuses on 6 polish vineyard regions in Poland with a special focus on Malopolska´s region. It studies law conditions related to vine production and sales of vine.
