Cílem této práce je shrnout dosud zjištěné informace o přítomnosti polyaminů v potravinách a dále o jejich funkcích v různých typech organizmů (mikroorganizmů, rostlin a živočichů). První kapitola shrnuje základní informace o polyaminech a také o jejich množstvích v různých typech potravin. The aim of this thesis is to summarize the actually known information about the presence of polyamines in food and their function in various types of organisms (microorganisms, plants and animals). The first chapter summarizes essential informations about polyamines and their amounts in different types of foods.
