Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dispozicemi mortis causa v římském právu. Autor shrnuje úpravu a charakter jednotlivých forem dispozic pro případ smrti, které byly rozeznávány v římském právu. Následně porovnává tyto římské instituty s úpravou obsaženou v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník a popisuje shodné a rozdílné znaky těchto dvou úprav. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the dispositions mortis causa in Roman law. The author summarizes the legislation and character of the individual forms of dispositions in the event of death recognized by Roman law. Afterwards he compares these Roman institutes with legislation included in Act no. 89/2012 Sb., Civil code and describes identical and different features of these two legislations.
