Abstract:

V diplomové práci se věnuji problematice zaměstnávání žen se zaměřením na zaměstnávání žen cizinek. Rovnocenné postavení žen na trhu práce je celospolečenský problém. I přesto, že ženy mají již dlouhou dobu právně garantovanou rovnoprávnou pozici na trhu práce, stále můžeme zaznamenávat oblasti či obory, které jsou pouze mužskou doménou a ženy zde můžeme nalézt pouze ojediněle, a také oblasti a obory, kde ženy nejsou při srovnatelné kvalifikaci, schopnostech a pracovním výkonu odměňovány stejně jako muži. Vzhledem k tomu, že Česká republika je součástí Evropské unie a Schengenského prostoru, počet cizinců na našem pracovním trhu stoupá. Proto je důležitá iniciativa státu i nevládních organizací v podpoře zaměstnavatelů k vytváření pracovních příležitostí a lepších podmínek pro zaměstnávání imigrantů, a zejména, žen cizinek. Cílem empirické části diplomové práce je zkoumat postavení žen cizinek na trhu práce pomocí dotazníkového šetření, analyzovat současnou situaci a navrhnout případná opatření, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení tohoto stavu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the issue of employment of women, focusing on the employment of foreign women. Equal status of women in the labor market is a societal problem. Despite the fact that women have long been legally guaranteed equal position in the labor market, we can still record field or fields that are male domain and women are to be found only sporadically, and also the areas and sectors where women are at comparable qualifications abilities and job performance rewarded as much as men. Given that the Czech Republic is part of the European Union and the Schengen area, the number of foreigners in the labor market increases. It is therefore important initiative of the state and non -governmental organization (NGOs) in supporting employers to create job opportunities and better conditions for the employment of immigrants, and especially foreign women. The aim of the empirical part of the thesis is to examine the status of foreign women in the labor market by means of a questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation and suggest possible measures that could lead to the improvement of the condition.
