Diplomová práce je zaměřena na úspěšnou integraci osob z ústavní péče na trh práce. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje výkonu ústavní výchovy, problematice odchodu z ústavní péče a přechodu do samostatného života. Její závěr je zaměřen na integraci na pracovní trh. The thesis focuses on the successful integration of people from institutional care into the labour market. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
