Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jednou z moderních oblastí veřejné správy – e-governmentem. Konkrétně je zaměřená na právní úpravu elektronického doručování. Především řeší otázky spojené s určením okamžiku doručení datové zprávy a nedodržení zákonného postupu při doručování. This thesis deals with one of the modern part of the public administration – the e-government. Specifically, it focuses on the regulation of electronic delivery.
