Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je založena na službách recruitmentu, které personální agen-tury nabízí jako jednu ze svých služeb v oblasti náboru. Teoretická část je věno-vána analýze postupů náboru s využitím personální agentury. V praktické části jsou tyto postupy ověřovány v konkrétní personální agentuře. V závěru práce jsou navrženy kroky, jak by agentura mohla své služby zefektivnit.

Abstract:

The main focus of this bachelor’s thesis is recruitment service as a part of the personnel agencies` portfolios. Theoretical part is dedicated to analysis of re-cruitment process in cooperation with personnel agencies.In the practical part, theoretical recruitment process is applied and tested in a personnel agency. Recommendations how to increase efficiency of agency`s services are listed at the end of the thesis.
