Předmětem diplomové práce je přiblížení a zhodnocení postupů likvidace při uplatnění škody poškozeným, kterému v souvislosti s nezaviněnou dopravní nehodou vznikla ma-jetková újma. V diplomové práci je pojednána historie pojištění odpovědnosti, a dále popis řešení samotné pojistné události. The subject of this diploma thesis is to outline and evaluate procedures of loss ad-justment when a damage was claimed by an injured party, who suffered property da-mage in connection with a traffic accident caused by a third party.
