Konkurs a vyrovnání jako nástroj řešení úpadku. Postavení úpadce a věřitele v konkursním řízení. Přihlášky pohledávek. Prohlášení konkursu a jeho důsledky. Konkursní podstata a její zpeněžení. Průběh konkursu a jeho zrušení. Závěr a základní pravidla.
Abstract:
Bankruptcy proceedings and debt balance as tools to solve bankruptcy. Bankrupt and creditor´s standing in bankruptcy proceedings. Filing a claim. Filing a petition for bankruptcy and its consequences. Bankrupt´s assets and its monetization. The process of bankruptcy proceedings and its cancelation. Conclusion and basic rules.
