Cílem této práce je porovnat právní úpravu prostituce v českém, švédském a nizozemském právu za použití trestněprávní komparatistiky. The aim of this thesis is to compare the legal regulation of prostitution in the Czech, Swedish and Dutch law using the comparative criminal law. First, it defines the concept of prostitution, in particular from the perspective of the Czech law. Subsequently, the legislation on prostitution in the selected countries is analysed.
