The impact of the global financial crisis on the mortgage market in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hypotéční trh v České republice. Zabývá se především analýzou vývoje hypotéčního trhu a dopadem celosvětové finanční krize na objemy poskytovaných hypotéčních úvěrů. Práce rovněž charakterizuje bankovní systémy a oblast hypotéčního bankovnictví.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. It deals especially with analysis of the development of the mortgage market and the impact of the global financial crisis on the volume of mortgage loans. The thesis characterizes the banking systems and the section of mortgage banking.
