Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá metodami a postupy, aby bylo docíleno zvýšení efektivnosti logistického řetězce v podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoreticko-metodologická část popisuje určité metody a postupy, které vedou k organizaci podniku. Jedná se o metody související např. s řízením optimalizace a metodami využívané ke správné funkci štíhlého podniku. Druhou částí diplomové práce je část aplikační. Pro orientaci a k posouzení aktuálního stavu v podniku byla vytvořena SWOT analýza, která poukazuje na chyby podniku. Hlavní částí jsou rozbory jednotlivých článků logistického řetězce v jednom konkrétním nejmenovaném podniku. Kapitoly obsahují popis současného stavu a následně implementaci vhodných pracovních postupů a zavedení vhodné metody, která vede k efektivnímu opatření. Potřebné informace pro vypracování aplikační části diplomové práce byly získány z rozhovorů s kmenovými zaměstnanci podniku a díky osobní pracovní zkušenosti v podniku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with methods and procedures to increase the efficiency of the logistics chain in the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical and methodological part describes certain methods and procedures that lead to the organization of the company. These are methods related to, for example optimization management and methods used for the good functioning of a lean company. The second part of the diploma thesis is the application part. For orientation and to assess the current situation in the company, a SWOT analysis was created, which points to the mistakes of the company. The main part is the analysis of individual parts in the logistics chain in one specific unnamed company. The chapters contain a description of the current state and the subsequent implementation of appropriate work procedures and the introduction of an appropriate method that leeds to effective action. The necessary information for the elaboration of the application part of the diploma thesis was obtained from interview with the company’s employees and based on my work experience in this company.
