This work deals with the French gerund (le gérondif), its functions and Czech equivalents. The theoretical part describes the grammatical resources for the phenomenon le gérondif and mentions its analogue in the Czech language, the Czech participle. Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá francouzským přechodníkem (le gérondif), jeho funkcemi a českými ekvivalenty. Teoretická část shrnuje gramatická východiska jevu le gérondif a zabývá se také jeho obdobou v českém jazyce, českým transgresivem. Předmětem analytické části je studium jednotlivých funkcí francouzského přechodníku a jeho překladů, na základě příkladů vyexcerpovaných programem InterCorp.
