Sources of the financial law in the Near East area

Abstract:

Thesis “Sources of the financial law in the Near East area” utilizes jurisprudential analysis of Near Eastern countries to present chief influencing factors on legislative processes of financial law within this region. Initial two chapters encompass sociohistorical context that defined origins of these influences on individual legislative systems, third chapter compares them on theoretical level and the following chapter studies their actual effect on different aspects of finance legislation. Intention of the final chapter is to depict the creation and regulation of chosen financial products with emphasis on differences from their Central European counterparts.

Abstract:

Práca „Pramene finančného práva v oblasti Blízkeho východu“ má primárne za úlohu znázorniť za pomoci jurisprudenčnej analýzy štátov Blízkeho východu hlavné faktory, ktoré pôsobia na úpravu finančného práva jednotlivých štátov tohto regiónu. Prvé dve kapitoly charakterizujú spoločenský a historický kontext pôvodov možných vplyvov na dotknuté legislatívne systémy, tretia kapitola sa zaoberá ich teoretickým porovnaním a následná kapitola znázorní ich praktický efekt na verejnoprávne financie. Posledná kapitola sa zapodieva reguláciou a tvorbou vybratých finančných produktov, s dôrazom na rozdiely od podobných produktov Strednej Európy.
