Gender Differences in The Concept of Fidelity and Infidelity

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku individuálních pojetí věrnosti a nevěry jako na citlivou a kontroverzní problematiku dnešní doby. V první kapitole teoretické části jsou definovány základní paradigmata psychogeneze dětských pojetí a pojmy dotýkající se individuálních pojetí, včetně diagnostických metod a činitelů ovlivňující partnerské vztahy. Značná pozornost je v této kapitole věnována základním pojmům týkající se genderové problematiky a rovněž jsou zde zachyceny rozdílné postoje mužů a žen k pojetí věrnosti a nevěry. Dále je uveden obecný popis charakterizující věrnost a nevěru, nejsou opomenuty ani příčiny a motivy vedoucí k nevěře společně s možnými stupněmi nevěry vzhledem k odlišným dynamickým vlastnostem mužů a žen. Praktická část je primárně založená na dotazníkovém šetření, jehož cílem je zjištění; zda existují genderové rozdíly v případě pojetí věrnosti a nevěry. Sekundárním zájmem je rozdílnost mužských a ženských reakcí v případě odpouštění nevěry.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of individual concepts of fidelity and infidelity as a sensitive and controversial issues of our time. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, basic paradigms psychogenesis children's concepts and concepts affecting individual concepts, including diagnostic methods and factors influencing relationships. Considerable attention in this chapter is devoted to basic concepts related to gender issues and also are captured differing attitudes of men and women to the concept of fidelity and infidelity. The following is a general description characterizing fidelity and infidelity, are omitted or causes and motives leading to infidelity, together with the possible degree of infidelity, due to different dynamic characteristics of men and women. The practical part is primarily based on a survey aimed at finding; whether there are gender differences in the case of the concept of fidelity and infidelity. A secondary concern is the diversity of male and female responses for forgiving infidelity.
