Abstract:

Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na význam adaptačního kurzu pro vytváření vztahů v kolektivu. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů. Připomíná důležitost sociálního kontaktu a vytváření vztahů. Vzhledem k tomu, že se práce věnuje vztahům u žáků šestého ročníku základní školy, je zde také popsáno období pubescence, které žáci prožívají. Vztahy ve třídě ovlivňují třídní klima, které má vliv na výsledky jednotlivců, ale především na psychickou pohodu žáků. Proto se práce věnuje i tomuto tématu. Cílem praktické části je za pomoci dotazníku zjistit, jestli a jak adaptační kurz ovlivnil vytvoření vztahů mezi žáky.

Abstract:

The final thesis is focused on the importance of the adaptation course for creating re-lationships in the team. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts. It reminds of the importance of social contact and building relationships. Given that the work is devoted to the relationships of sixth grade elementary school students, the pubescence period that the students experience is also described here. Relationships in the classroom influence the classroom climate, which has an impact on the results of individuals, but above all on psychological well-being of pupils. That is why the work is also devoted to this topic. The aim of the practical part is to find out with the help of a questionnaire if and how the adaptation course influenced the formation of pupils' relationships.
