The Application of Security Engineering Methods in the Protection of Shopping Centers

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na ochranu měkkých cílů v obchodních centrech. V teoretické části je představen pojem měkký cíl. Zároveň je zde popsáno, jak se dělí a jaké jsou možnosti jejich ochrany. Kromě toho je zde seznámení s analýzou rizik a zároveň jsou zde popsány i některé metody, podle kterých se stanovuje. Cílem praktické části je vybrané obchodní centrum analyzovat a zhodnotit připravenost na daný útok. Analyzování probíhalo pomocí dvou metod. Následně z těch nejhorších hrozeb byly provedeny exemplární příklady útoků na obchodní centrum Zlaté Jablko. Z výsledků těchto analýz, zjištění a dalších částí byly provedeny návrhy na zlepšení zabezpečení obchodního centra.

Abstract:

This work focuses on the protection of soft targets in shopping centres. The theoretical part introduces the concept of soft target. The work describes how they are divided and what are the possibilities of their protection. In addition, there is an introduction to risk analysis and at the same time some methods are described. The aim of the practical part is to analyse the selected shopping centre and evaluate the readiness for the attack. The analysis was performed using two methods. Subsequently, exemplary attacks on the shopping centre Zlaté Jablko were carried out from the worst threats. From the results of these analyses, findings and other parts, suggestions were made to improve the security of the shopping centre.
