Optical emission spectroscopy of barrier discharge
Abstract:
V předložené práci studujeme dielektrické bariérové výboje prostorově rozlišenou optickou emisní spektroskopií. Vybraná metoda zkoumání umožňuje studium prostorového rozložení relativní intenzity spektrální čáry dusíku, rotační a vibrační teploty molekul. Abstract:
In the present work we study dielectric barrier discharges by the means of spatially resolved optical emission spectroscopy. Spatial resolution of relative intensity of nitrogen spectral line, rotational and vibrational temperatures of molecules were measured and compared. Studied quantities were depending on two variables, gas mixture and distance between electrodes were changed.
