Diplomová práce se zabývá zlepšením služeb v mezinárodní železniční přepravě pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace (PRM cestující). The topic of this master´s thesis is improvement of international railway services for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM passengers). The theoretical part of the thesis deals with PRM passengers´ characteristics and summarizes the relevant legislative which defines rights of these passengers.
