Unorthodox training for powerlifter on the competition season
Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením netradiční přípravy pro silového trojbojaře na soutěžní období. Cílem mé práce bylo seznámení veřejnosti se silovým trojbojem jako sportem, jeho historií a pravidly. Také jsem z dostupné literatury, internetu a od spousty trojbojařů a trenérů, shromáždil informace o vytváření tréninkových plánů pro silový trojboj.
Abstract:
My bachelor’s thesis deals with a compilation of unorthodox training for powerlifter on the competition season. The goal of my work was to acquaint the public with powerlifting as a sport, with its history and rules. I have also gathered information about creating training plans for powerlifting from literature, internet, actual powerlifters and coaches.
