Předkládaná práce pojednává o otázkách ochrany práv sexuálních menšin, zejména homosexuálně orientovaných osob. Práce je členěna do čtyř částí. Autor nejprve zkoumá vyvíjející se vztah společnosti k homosexualitě a homoparentálním rodinám. Následně analyzuje právní úpravu ochrany homosexuálně orientovaných osob a nalézá její nedostatky. The thesis deals with the issues of protection of rights of sexual minorities, especially the rights of homosexually oriented persons. The thesis is divided into four parts. Firstly, the autor investigates the development of relation of society toward to the homosexuality and homoparental families.
