Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat skutečnosti motivace dobrovolníků k sebevzdělávání ve svépomocné organizaci neziskového charakteru a následně navrhnout opatření na jejich zlepšení. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the facts motivation of volunteers for self-education in the non-profit and self-organization. The thesis is divided into two parts.
