Cílem práce je zkoumat účetní a daňovou problematiku účetních samosprávných celků za účelem vytvoření metodických postupů a pokynů na základě praktické ukázky ve vybraném městě. The aim of the thesis is to examine the accounting and tax issues of financial self-governing units in order to develop methodological procedures and guidelines based on practical demonstration in a selected city.
