Cooperation of partners in the supply chain in increasing the sustainability of packaging for consumer chemical products

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá spolupráci partnerů v dodavatelském řetězci s cílem zvýšit udržitelnost obalů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na trendy v obalových materiálech a legislativní vliv na jejich implementaci. Dále analyzuje proces výběru partnerů a jejich spolupráci při designu obalů. Pozornost je věnována i strategii pro nákup a řízení zásob. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který se zaměřuje na analýzu spolupráce partnerů v dodavatelském řetězci při implementaci iniciativ a opatření zaměřených na zvyšování udržitelnosti obalů. Výzkum byl prováděn v rámci vybraných podniků specializujících se na výrobu spotřební chemie. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou formulována doporučení a je provedeno zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The thesis examines the collaboration of partners in the supply chain with the aim of enhancing the sustainability of packaging. The theoretical part focuses on trends in packaging materials and the legislative impact on their implementation. It also analyzes the partner selection process and their collaboration in packaging design. Attention is also given to the purchasing strategy and inventory management. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research, which focuses on analyzing the collaboration of partners in the supply chain in implementing initiatives and measures aimed at increasing the sustainability of packaging. The research was conducted within selected enterprises specializing in the production of consumer chemistry. Based on the research results, recommendations are formulated, and an evaluation is performed.
