Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá modely řízení a vedení nákupu společnosti. Jejím cílem je odhalit nedostatky ve funkčním modelu řízení a vedení nákupu společnosti Pešek-Rambousek s.r.o. a následně navrhnout možné změny, které budou prezentovány vedení společnosti. V první části práce budou popsány teoretické modely řízení a vedení nákupu. V druhé části práce bude nejdříve na základě rozhovorů se členy nákupního týmu popsán současný model fungující ve společnosti, který bude následně porovnán s teoretickými modely z první části. Na základě výsledků porovnání budou odhalena slabá místa ve firemním nákupu, na která budou následně navržena možná řešení pro zlepšení současného stavu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with procurement leadership and management models. Its aim is to identify shortcomings in the functional management model and management of Pešek-Rambousek Ltd. and then suggest possible changes that will be presented to the management of the company. The first part of the thesis will describe theoretical models of purchasing management and control. In the second part of the work, first of all, based on interviews with the members of the purchasing team, the current model working in the company will be described, which will then be compared with the theoretical models from the first part. Based on the results of the comparison, weaknesses in corporate purchasing will be revealed, which will then suggest possible solutions to improve the current situation.
